How to rent our audiovisual equipment
You can easily do it by filling out this form, emailing virginia@tv2beat.com or texting (+34) 653863218. Please indicate what equipment you are thinking of renting and on what dates you need it. We will respond as soon as possible to clarify any questions, confirm availability and send you the budget.
Once you approve it, please pick up the equipment on the agreed day and time, in our office in Valencia. You must sign a liability contract and pay the agreed amount in cash, through Bizum, PayPal or bank transfer. We will also ask you for a deposit, an identity document and references. Regarding the return, please be punctual as well.
It is more than recommended that you take out filming insurance, since during the rental days you will be the person responsible for the equipment in case of any damage or theft. We thank you in advance for taking care of all the gadgets as if they were yours.
